This is usually the case when the individual gives their explicit consent or when there is a legitimate interest in the processing. It is the individual&#8217;s responsibility to ensure that the data we hold is accurate and up-to-date. The servers that power and facilitate this cloud infrastructure are located in secure data centers around the world, and these servers may contain personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transferred to third-party organizations that help us deliver products, services, or information.<\/strong>\u00a0Personal data may be transferred to third-party organizations that provide specific services to Five Guys. Once we have received the modification request and the corrected data, we will update your personal data by replacing it with the corrected data provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erasure of personal data<\/strong>\u00a0You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was initially collected or whose retention is no longer necessary for the purposes of Five Guys&#8217; legitimate interests.
